What We Do
Our employees and associates work with the 2nd largest retailer and the largest communications company in the world! We focus on high-level customer service, sales, marketing for our clients and we also provide management opportunities and training at every one of our several office locations.
Our job is simple but extremely important to our clients. So we bring top-of-the-line training, experience, and expertise to ensure we are serving the best interest of our clients and the consumer.
At the same time, we make sure that ALL of our managers are organically grown - meaning we only promote from within.
The Retail Experience
We believe hands-on experience is the best way to learn and understand any position. So, we have partnered with the 2nd largest retailer in the world (exclusively we might add), to work directly with the consumer base helping to bridge the gap between products, services, and unique marketing campaigns to deliver a one-of-a-kind in-store experience.
Consumers interact with us directly and our employees pride themselves on being "best in class" and that's the reason we are one of the highest rated direct marketing firms; we have the greatest people working in some of the greatest atmospheres!
Why Work for Atmosphera?
Just about every candidate we sit down with has a story about their previous work experience. What we typically hear are candidates who feel stifled or bored in their current positions; sometimes it's just not enough money or people feel they do not have the experience. In short, we've heard just about every circumstance.
One of the reasons we have such a huge following and interest is because all we focus on is employee growth - no matter the experience or background. We take great pride in how much personal attention each employee receives. It's our passion.
Top Reviews and High Ratings
It’s no secret that we are among the highest rated and reviewed marketing and management companies. That precisely because we have a culture that has been built on respect between employees and upper management. And although other marketing companies will post reviews with attempts to discourage candidates from working with, we always take the high road. Plus, a qualified candidate can always tell the difference ;)
We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau where they fully vet all reviews. Bogus reviews are tossed right away. However, some other platforms such as Google and Glassdoor allow anonymous posts which actually don’t best serve online candidates. People are looking for the truth.
So, as a solution, we recommend one simple thing: See for yourself!
The Office Experience
Employees meet at least three times a week at one of our several office locations. There, they learn and sharpen their business skills - developing in areas such as image and professionalism, profitability, customer service and communication, time management, leadership, performance consistency and goal setting.
One of the first things people notice about our office is our attention to diversity, art, business minds and professionalism, positive attitudes, and a culture that is specifically designed for growth, both personally and professionally.
The mornings are filled with dynamic meetings, coffee, breakfasts, music, role playing, and lots of one-on-one training. So of course, we love energetic and passionate people!
Cultivating the Best Culture
Everywhere from donating to breast cancer foundations to discussions about work and home balance, to finding smart business solutions, we work to enrich our company with strong core values of respect, hard work, diversity, and growth.
We know that our company is best reflected in the character of our people. So needless to say, integrity and good character are at the forefront of everything we do.
We know how important pay is. Pay is discussed privately with each employee, but it's important to understand unlike many marketing companies, we pay hourly, salary, and competitive weekly bonuses for every employee with our firm. Earning potential is uncapped.
The Interview Process
We have two-part interview process where we thoroughly examine the qualifications of our candidates and select the individuals we feel can best contribute to our culture and our clients.
The First Interview
The first interview we conduct is an assessment of character, skills, experience, image and professionalism and goals. We like to get to know the people we are interviewing on a professional level first. Building longstanding relationships requires much more than just reviewing a resume.
The interviewer explains the overview of the company, our goals, and some general details about the positions the applicant is being considered for.
If the applicant successfully passes the first interview, he or she will be invited back for a much more detailed second interview!
The Second Interview
The second interview goes into much more detail about the day-to-day, compensation, benefits, hours, and all relevant information before making a hiring decision. We are major advocates for transparency, so we encourage candidates to ask the questions they need answers to.
Starting a new career is an important decision for both the applicant and us. So, the more we learn about each other, the more educated decisions we can make.
And if we feel it’s a good fit, we will let the candidate know promptly. We know how important time is.
